Here is a vid I found on youtube of some interesting carrier crashes. The end shows that famous F7U Cutless crash. I think Jack Cook had some pictures of it but at the end of the vid it shows a VERY close view of the crash. Including guys ducking for cover as the plane comes crashing towards them. Truely horrible scene.

The Vought/LTV film library had a 16mm reel of crashing planes...on several CVs... from which your youTube is from...
We kiddingly called this a "USAF Recruiting Film".
