Whyn dont they have tours thru there anymore?

Probably because they are busy prepping planes for the Udvar-Hazy facility.
Once the restoration shop relocates to Udvar-Hazy the tours will restart. Don't hold your breath, it will take several years.

tours at Garber stopped a number of months before Hazy opened. A large percentage of the aircraft on display at Hazy were on display/storage at Garber, so there is not as much to see as there once was. Also there is not enough manpower to provide tours at 3 facilities. (Garber was open once a day for tours (twice on weekends) and you could only go through there on the tour.) The restoration staff and the facilities staff are busy getting artifacts ready for display and shipping to Hazy and they don't need the distractions of daily tourists. At lest that is the way I understand it.
