DC-3 XA-JBR at Laredo,TX

came across this:
XA-JBR DC-3A (3261) which is still at laredo Texas.

XA-JBR is former Aero JBR, was flown into a lake near Laredo, salvaged, but I was wondering who owns it now and what the intentions are.
Just curious.
Anyone?
