WWII Ace speaking at NMUSAF November 28

"Wings & Things lecture features ‘The Flying Greek’
Col. (Ret.) Steve Pisanos will present “The Flying Greek” at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 28 in the museum’s Carney Auditorium.
Born in Athens, Greece, Col. Pisanos came to America in 1938. The World War II ace will discuss his 30-year Air Force career, including his six-month evasion of the Germans after his P-51B crash-landed during a 1944 mission in France.
This lecture is part of the museum’s Wings & Things Guest Lecture Series. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
