Thanks for that photo, Jack!

My dad was a member of the 1st Armored Division and spent a good amount of time in Tunisia. One of the few stories he used to tell me when I was a wee lad was of how they would watch the P-38s and Spitfires fly over their area, and how safe those Allied planes made everyone feel. He once told me that he got a good haircut and shave at a P-38 field while visiting! 8)

Dad is standing next to his foxhole, and I think the fellow inside was a Corporal Block or Bloch that was dad's buddy. The back of the photo says it was in North Africa, where exactly I don't know.
