Twin Mustang any other twins ?

Sun Oct 28, 2007 11:33 pm

I was wondering was their a attempt of mating any other single engine Fighter planes like the Mustang ? didnt the Navy make a attempt on that idea ? I know that the Germans did a HE-111 Z mating to HE-111 and giving it one extra engine to pull the Huge Glider that they had. any others .
As always thanks in advance to everyone that responds and shares their info.
