Regardings the markings of "Lady B", which group and/or squadron do these markings represent?

After trying to Google that info and failing to find anything, that is what I concluded. Thanks for confirming my suspicions Glenn!

This particular combination of elements (scallops on cowling, checker rudder, 2 rows of checkers behind spinner, horse on fin) recurred on several P-51s in the late 1970s and early 1980s in various colors (red, blue, yellow, and black at least), and survives on a few. It is a combination of elements borrowed from real units and made-up elements. Code letters were usually the owner's initials. See thread below for a short discussion of others:
