Our website is
www.squadron14.com
We do go all over the U.S. let me know who to contact and I will do so.
Our AC-47 is a WWII vet. going to the 9th AF in August of 44 so although it missed D-Day it was there for the rest of the war. I am still trying to find out which TCG and TCS. We have restored our goon as John Levitow's Medal of Honor aircraft. Inside we have the miniguns and a Real Medal of Honor with John's citation for it. We are Very proud of it and enjoy displaying to the public.

Hello Karen,
Nice flying with you on Saturday and Sunday too. We had a good view of the whole Viet Nam show from our 1000' perch. Glad the ladder worker OK even after it was thrown out the C-47. Hope to see ya down the road somewhere.

whats the difference between the EC-47 and the AC-47?
Tue Oct 02, 2007 10:37 pm
E as in electronic C-47. Quite usefull in Viet Nam for finding Charlie by trianglating radio transmissions. A as in attack, watch the old John Wayne movie The Green Berets and it will show you what Puff could do. The same principle used on C-119s called Shadows, and of course the C-130 which was originally known as Super Spooky, but became and is still known as Spectre (sp?) or big 4 engine fighter.
