At Wangaratta in oz , there is a old museum which is now a warbird hive...has a massive warbird production rebuild line something in order of 20-30 planes ??maybe... the Yanks better read up and learn because at the rate there are going , this mob will make aussie warbirds overtake the best the US and Kiwi shops can build i think..(slight aussie bias)

A-20s, P-40s, Japanese birds, P-39s etc its a mecca for the lost souls.

I was so happy to see the new Mig3 pictures being flown in Russia for The Fighter Factory. I wonder how their Tony is comming along and what type of engine will be used.

Could this be the shop featured in the current issue of Classic Wings? They have Tonys, Corsairs, P-39's, P-40's, all kinds of stuff....great article....i bet it's the place!

I was already planning a month long trip to NZ later this fall after Reno!

I last visited in March 2006 before the place closed to the public and have plenty of photos from that trip if people are interested.
