another P-51 mistery......

this e-pay auction of a 16 mm film makes me itchy..... can anyone please ID the P-51 for me ?.... I've seen this ship before.... but can't find it right now.... interesting is the "YIPPEE" writing on the lower wing surfaces.... anyone has the story ? was this short-lived ?
