Roskilde Airshow, Denmark - Help on BF-109

Sat Aug 18, 2007 4:17 pm

This weeks airshow at Roskilde, Denmark produced some nice opportunities to catch some vintage and warbirds on camera, including this BF-109. Can anyone please help me ID this 109? Haven't seen it before.

I would just like to add a comment about this photo:

This P-51 flew right over my spot at a few hundred feet. The sound was tremendous... I've heard the thundering sound from many Mustangs over the years, but never from that angle. Man, what can I say except for. Try it!!

It's Hispano Buchon G-BWUE, painted in the markings of Werner Schroer, and is owned by Spitfire Ltd, being and maintained by ARC based at Duxford.
