Anyone got some?

Yes, but it'll take a while to run through them and pick a few to post.

'Taff' Smith from Breighton.

He used to operate that 'pink' Spitfire that did a spell in Florida.

That racer is way cool; it looks like a model airplane with a man in it. I'm pretty keen on it, even in the middle of all the warbirds. I still have the Christmas card on my mantle that Alex sent me with it on the cover.

Who's starting the P-40 in the ramp shot, Steve Hinton? Also, I guess the FW-190 didn't fly as well?? Also, Robbo, well done on the photo's, thanks for sharing them.

TIA,

Lynn

I believe Stephen Grey flew the P-40 on Saturday evening, not sure who took it up on Sunday morning.

The FW-190 didn't fly, but did start up and taxi to the ARCO/HFL compound before the show started, which was a nice suprise.

The P-40 did not participate in the airshow. I would imagine the usual certification CAA paperwork etc.

Prior to the Sunday show Steve Hinton took it up for an "Air Test". :)

I was trying to shield the tee shirted, and I believe, other family Hinton, assisting the departure, behind the WWII re-enactor and that was the best I could get it...and then the sun went in.
