Twilight Tear Going to the Roundup?

I just checked the line up again and registered to be at the Mustang Gathering is Twilight Tear! I'm not sure if this has already been covered or not but is there any further information backing this and how she might get across the pond? If this is true it will be very interesting to be able to see another Mustang that I might otherwise not be able to.
