Concur..looks like the belly has been removed from the Avenger..probably a firefighting conversion that was either never completed or stripped for parts.

I think this pic was previously identified on WIX by "Col Rob Rhur" as being of some of Dave Tallichet's aircraft, I think the PBY may be the one now restored in USN colours and on display in Perth Australia?

Yes, of there but you down under guys must learn not to give it up so easily has to make the natives suffer a bit.
