P-51 "Worry Bird"

Is the P-51 "Worry Bird" based on a WWII P-51 or is "Worry Bird" a ficticious P-51 name.

I had the pleasure of dining with Bob Frisch at a symposium at Duxford a few years back. He had quite a number of strafing kills, I remember.

Bob is a very active 83 year old. I am going to Alaska on a fishing trip with him in July and Steelhead in November. He is going to be at the Gathering with "Worry Bird" as he will be able to visit his brother since his family is from Ohio.
I have a video of him in my Extra 300L doing aerobatics. He is performong the maneuvers almost perfectly the first time, even though I am fairly sure he never did any of the typical Extra aerobatics in the aircraft he flew in the military.
Bob did whatever it took to stay in the cockpit even going back in after the war as an enlisted man untill a pilot slot was available. He stayed in flying 102's and F-106's retiring in the early 70's.
If I remember correctly he had a share in the air and 5 or six on the ground.
He currently lives in Spokane.
