Well just the past few years there have been a lot of planes raised from lakes and fjords. 1 He-111 and 3 or 4 Ju-88s. Also a FW 200 Condor, witch went to Germany, althoug during the recovery i got a bit messed up.

I know of a few planes still in good condition that is in Trondheims Fjorden, but i dont think they will be raised due to the are very close to Trondheims freash water intake. And the still got all bombs omboard. Also during the winter a film by a hobby diver was realesed of a new discoverd Ju52 in good condition. But its beeing cept secret where it is.
