381st BG, B-17 raid on Oil Refineries, Brux, Czechoslovakia

This clip was taken on September 12, 1944 on a bombing mission to the Oil Industries at Brux, Czechoslovakia.

Watch closely thru part of the clip and you can see the puffs of deadly flak.

This clip last about 1 1/2 minutes and will be the last of my 4 postings.

These clips were taken by my late cousin T/Sgt Frank Hrehocik who flew 35 misssions with the 381st BG, 533rd BS as a Radio Operator - Gunner

We will leave them on for a reasonable time before removing them

great footage!
I don't know if its me or not, but the b-17 that is shown after the "flak" graphic screen doesn't appear to have a dorsal turret, but looks to have a stripe run down most of the fuselage. Could this be a formation maker ship?
