the front row looks like O-planes converted as radio controlled drones; O-46 comes to mind, but these are earlier kites.

Cars or trucks Rob? Looks like trucks to me. There is too much shadow to tell what makes but it appears that the one in the foreground is a panel truck or a pickup with a canvas bed cover. The second is only just clear enough to tell that it is actually there and the third has a tank or utility body, so I'll go with either fueler or crash truck. I just can't see them well enough to tell even with the screen resoultion cranked to the max.
