The ultimate Diorama?

My ultimate Diorama?

This is something I would love too see. It just may be possible now that relations with Libya are getting better. A “Lady Be Good” Building. I mean a whole building set aside for the A/C. Being displayed just like it was found in the late 50’s. In the sand and have a few paths around to view with information on the crew and the MTO.

What would your be?

Last time I went to Florida I heard Kermit Weeks talking about building a bomber base, circa 1944 England. This would be amazing to see.

Definately the Lexington in Corpus Christi, or the Hornet in Alameda, restored in World War Two condition, with a complement of aircraft, and a reenactor crew...

If that's true about Mr. Weeks idea, it would be waay cool if he did it somewhere here in TX. I know some more reenactor/living history folks around here and it'd be neat to be extras for that kind of living history setup, sort of like Plymouth Plantation in Plymouth, MA.

The plans for the WWII base are for the museum in Florida.
On the back lot tour a guide pointed out some of the lights for the
field already sitting in storage hangers.

I have heard Mr. Weeks mention plans for a sea plane base on the
lake located at the museum also.

Quite a place.
