Is this per chance Ser No. 44-73920???

That is the museum in downtown Beijing as the registry indicates. Unfortunately that area was closed when I was there... :? They had a similar area with tanks that I was able to get to see and photograph.

If I was a betting man I'd say x=14th AF due to the RDF on the fuselage.
23rd, 51st or 311th FG.
