P-40B pics

Some great shots of what I assume is the new TFC P-40B at Chino. I was not aware that this one had flown yet. Usually it's posted here the day it happens! Scroll down the page a bit.

Yup... She's purty! Knew she was getting close, but not that close...... "Will she be at Leg........aw &^$#^, wrong board". Mr Grey should be a good home for her... Alan

It is deeply deeply frustrating that I cant be at Legends this year. Never mind the aircraft looks spectacular.

The pictures of the flying aircraft are not the TFC example. It was due to be finished sometime this month I heard from a friend who dropped by MN's place late last year, certainly ground running and so they have at least achieved that. It does look wonderful :)

I didn't see any pictures of a P-40B in flight at the web address I posted. The information included with the pictures of the P-40B state that it had its' test flight a few days prior to when those pics were taken.

There were pictures of a different model of P-40 in flight at that site, I was just pointing out that those shots were not of the TFC example in case anyone thought they might be. Someone at TFC today confirmed they believe aircraft has flown so well done Matt - another superb restoration! Hope to see you over here soon.
