Ok fellas,

Since I can't seem to find the original post about this, can I get a final headcount by this Friday the 14th of how many are planning on coming to my cookout on the 28th?

For those who don't know, my wife and I are hosting a cookout at our place on Friday the 28th during AirVenture. We'll supply burgers, brats, bbq'ed beef, potato salad, pasta salad, chips, soda, and some other fixins and if I get 4 or more people that can agree on one kind of beer - we'll provide it. Otherwise it's byob.

The house is located at 1919 W. Waukau Ave, which is right at the southeast corner of Poberezny Rd and Waukau Ave, right on the edge of the EAA campground and within close walking distance of the Museum. We'll start cooking up food at about 7pm and serve between 7 and 8, with plenty for those who can't come until after 8pm.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to come, just let me know ahead of time so we can prepare enough food. Kids are also welcome.

Thanks and I look forward to meeting some of you!

Zack

I'm still in Zack. Ron Werneth is planning to come with. Hope it's also ok if a couple of ex-WWII Navy pilots turn up as well (although they haven't given a definite yes/no yet).

I'm good for 15-20 folding chairs. Just say the word if you want them.

Thanks again for hosting.

Hi Dan,

Yes on the chairs! Thank you!!! You can pull right into the driveway to drop them off. Will this be on Friday the 28th, or earlier in the week? Please email direct at work: zbaughman@eaa.org

Hi Zack,

It's looking like I might have another dinner commitment on the Friday night so I probably wouldn't be dropping by your place for any of the fine food you'll be having. However I'll try to make an appearance to catch up with everyone at least. I'll be on site Monday through Friday, and flying out to NY early Saturday morning, so I'll try to catch up with you during the week and advise what the plans will be.

Cheers,
Matt
