Poor thing's had its wings sawn off, but looks intact enough to make a static display, or a really cool piece of yard art or even a "tiny house":

Wonder why Hill AFB is getting rid of it?

Are those outer wings not just removed at the standard outer wing joint?

Judging by the paint, I'd wager it has never been on display.
Which might beg the question as to why they had it in the first place?
I wonder if the type has an association with Hill, perhaps the Depot supported them back in the day?

Perhaps they're just doing a general clean-up.
They sadly scrapped their rare, and not too rough, B-47 a few years ago.

This is at least the third time they have tried to auction it.
Presumably it was just too far gone to restore.
