Nice to see someone lavish a lot of attention, effort, and money on a less popular type.

Obviously a labor of love, not for financial gain.

This only reinforces the good things I have heard about the family and organization.

So exciting to see another Helldiver that will be soon flyable! Of course the Westpac one is progressing rapidly too. Won't be out of the realm of possibility to maybe see all three at Oshkosh in 2024 or 25. THEN you still have two more after that! The very long term Yanks project and the Hellenic AF Museum's example. Not to mention the wreck at Pensacola that is scheduled for eventual restoration.

I love the fact that the Fagen's decided to paint the Helldiver in the same squadron markings as the Hellcat. I'm now excited to see one of their TBMs get the same treatment to complete the set!

I've seen it mentioned in a couple different posts on facebook - that the outer wing panels for the Fagen Fighters Helldiver are being done by another shop and I was curious if anyone knew how they are coming along in their restoration ?
Thanks, Mike
