In happier news from NZ , we have 3 Spitfires at the Classic Fighters s Omaka show.

Wow!
Those shots of the Spitfire ripped in two are horrifying!
Thank goodness Sir Tim was able to see her put through her paces.
Hard to believe it was almost twenty years ago.

Yes, Very Fortunate to survive two Spitfire crashes . A real pioneer in the Down-under Warbird movement ! :drink3:

Sir Tim Wallis actually survived three Spitfire accidents.

And the "June show" at Ardmore is on the 31st of May.
