One subject that does not come up very often is how to integrate modern "stuff" in to the panels during a Warbird restoration.

It would be nice to see some photos of recently restored aircraft with some new instruments and navigation aids installed. It is difficult to maintain the original look of the aircraft while adding the safety and convenience of the modern stuff.

Another issue is lack of original antenna configurations that also detract from the exterior of a Warbird.

AN-104 antennas do work with modern radios and good grounding planes.
