Hi,
A couple of years ago someone on WIX sent me a link to a
recording of an R-2800 starting. I used it as a ring tone on my
cell. Now I have a new cell and can't find the tune again. Can
someone help me out??

Thanks,
Owen

I thought this was an interesting question (and challenge), so I just made a ring tone of an R-2800.
You can pull it out of my DropBox folder. Let me know what you think.

Not sure what devise you have, but this format works best with an iPhone. You'll need to drag and drop the ringtone into iTunes and then synch it to your phone. Good luck!
