I'm trying to find out more info about the material spec. 26554 Type II.

Its called out in the B-17 prints as the material for a hydraulic accumulator gasket. I'm not sure if it is a Boeing specific spec or a commercial one. Any ideas?

Thanks,
David Carr

Any numbers or letters in front of that number? Like LAS? Grade A?

My gasket folks say it sounds familiar.

Is this a Milspec number? or something else?
