HARS WOI on Sunday 22nd Feb - i have information that it will be a good open day from what i have been told so far.

Expect around 15,000 people + ... estimates from what was last year turn out by the public.

Gates open at 930am til 330pm.

I think the layout chosen will be very welcomed by all of the general public as it gives the planes a photo vantage point and allows close up looking.

I have advertised the open day a lot in my local area, so hopefully there will be a good turn out.

Some unusual aircraft and warbirds not normally seen maybe be still turning up - not sure if i should break the news yet :) ... maybe let someone else do that... :)

As you know Temora's lot wont be present.

RAAF and RAN are scheduled to bring some planes and helos.

My flying gear display and photo display will be located in the big new "super hangar" at the moment.
You will find me at the small Vampire FB.30 cockpit display section.

I will be hanging also around the Sabre and Vampire which will be outside.

I maybe be bringing a surprise or 2 ... yet to be decided on.
