So does anyone have any information about this project aircraft?

Yes, I did a search on this board and it had the typical first post and then the next posts seem to go way of topic.

Have an interest in this airplane, but would like to know more about it's status and what is "real" and what needs to be done.

I don't know anything about this airplane other than what I have read here and on the Courtesy site. It would be difficult to justify in my mind the price of that project compared to the flying example listed. I would hazard a guess that if you truly had an interest you would be money ahead buying the flying example.
