Title: Aircraft Warbird Jacobs Engine Core

Condition: Used

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Parts-Ac ... .m14.l1318

Bidding at $500 with 21 hours to go, might suit someone looking for a display project etc?

Description
This is an USAF R755 Jacobs engine and I believe its on a UC-78, T-50 Cessna engine mount. Data plate says MFG 2/4/43. Spec # 1243-4. Included is a complete exhaust system and new box of NEW cylinder intake tubes. There are no accessories and the rear accessory case is broken at the carb mounting. I cannot see any other damage. Looks like it fell over onto the carburetor and broke the flange. This will be a great rebuild if you have another accessory case, or would be a super source of parts if parted out.

regards

Mark Pilkington
