any other wixers attending?? i know owen miller & mustangdriver are attending, looking forward to meeting you guys!! i'm thrilled to learn that most of the symposium participants are staying at my hotel!! what a boon as to my research efforts re: my magazine article on brigadier general robert holbury, the 1st commander at groom lake / area 51 at it's inception!! 8)

Owen put a lot of work in to making this happen. I wish I could be there but am supporting the Pacific Fleet staff this week. Here's to ya Owen!!!!

Well sir, I wish you could as well. No doubt you heard of the
passing of NMNA library volunteer Bill Hardman last week. I
believe Bill was one of the guys who helped you with all your
scanning efforts there. He was a great guy and will be missed.
Another of our heroes gone.........

Tomorrow the Roadrunners arrive and I am very excited
about that.

Because I will be busy on June 4 I made my Midway calls
over the weekend. I am happy to report no one on my list
has passed within the past year. The list, however, is much
shorter than it once was. Upon your return I will expect
some good stories about the Midway commemoration ceremonies
at Pearl!!!!
