The close proximity to persons and property may be the only marginal part to his flying. Figure two crew members on board and light on fuel even on the dirty pass there is more than ample power to get them out of trouble. Cool video.

No big deal. Never exceeded 250 kts. or 20 deg. of bank (ok maybe 40). No violation of FAA regs. Oh ya, he was in Portugal. D'oh!!!!
