Just looked over the GML2007 site to see if anything changes in regard to attending P-51s. Noticed that George Perez N51GP is listed as an attendee for the gathering. Anyone know if George has finished restoring the bird yet? I was kind of hoping he would repaint it maroon and gold, but he mentioned years ago that he planned to keep in a NMF with nothing but an N#. He had taken enough flak 20+ years for having kept it maroon! Mike, you are located in the vicinity of Sonoma/ Petaluma. Have you seen or heard anything about this 51 lately?

No one with any idea what is going on with N51GP? I believe Perez still have a hangar at Petaluma, CA.

Haven't been up to Petaluma lately, but last time I was there, he did still have a hangar there............
