I thought I would post here as some of you guys know him. Bob was my first flight instructor, and life long friend. We had many adventures in his Cessna C-170. He was also the pilot of the C-123 "Thunder Pig" at the Air Heritage Air Museum. He passed away Weds. night after a battle with cancer. He was a true friend of aviation, and loved to give Young Eagles rides every chance he got. He will be missed. |

Chris, I'm sorry to hear of the passing of your dear friend, but remember he doesn't hurt anymore and is busy catching up with friends who went before. |
