I thought I would post here as some of you guys know him. Bob was my first flight instructor, and life long friend. We had many adventures in his Cessna C-170. He was also the pilot of the C-123 "Thunder Pig" at the Air Heritage Air Museum. He passed away Weds. night after a battle with cancer. He was a true friend of aviation, and loved to give Young Eagles rides every chance he got. He will be missed.

Chris,
I'm sorry to hear of the passing of your dear friend, but remember he doesn't hurt anymore and is busy catching up with friends who went before.
