Post subject:  C-47 wing tip removal
Hi all.

Looking for advice on the removal of a C-47/DC-3 wingtip from a wing that has been junked. I believe there are screws holding the wing end cap on but I was thinking of removing a larger section. How difficult would it be to do? Would an angle grinder be sufficient? How far out towards the tip do the front and rear spars go?
