P-40 Hydraulic Tank Filter Element

Hi All,
Does anyone know where I could find a P-40 Hydraulic Tank Filter element? I've got a feeling I have seen these sorts of filters somewhere before. They look like a Slinky Spring inside an alloy tube. See the pics below...
