Trying to form a baseline from which to start a static restoration project of the TB25-N Mitchell (44-30635) at Chanute Air Museum. Since many of the components are missing I'm struggling to learn what the aircraft was equipped with when it was modified at Hayes Aircraft in December of 1954. I have been able to discover some of what Hays did to some of the aircraft they modified but no idea what they did to ours. A couple of initial questions: 1) Is there anywhere to find documentation of what Hayes did to a specific aircraft? and 2) many of the part numbers in our parts book are Hayes Aircraft Corp part numbers. I can purchase a copy of the engineering drawings for the TB but I assume it would only offer drawings for the NAA parts. Are the Hayes parts included in the NAA engineering drawings and if not, are they available elsewhere?
Thanks for any advice!
