What is this Boeing part?

I am about use this little emergency door in an art project, but before I do, I want to know what it is off of to make sure that I am not messing up something a restoration needs somewhere. It still has the remains of an old Boeing tag on it. The part number is
14-1375-1
P.O. 27958

Is that the same size as an astrodome? looks smaller...

It is only about 11-1/2" in diameter.

Possibly a cover plate for underwing fuelling port?
