Hi I'm new to the site. Found it when trying to research some PWA overhaul tools. Not engaged in warbird maintenance, but I have a couple thousand hours behind a P&W 1340 and quite a bit of time working on them.

I recently acquired a few overhaul tools and trying to figure out what some of them are.

The box I got was originally full of PWA overhaul tools for the Wasp and Hornet engines.

Unfortunately some of the tools are missing and some of the tools included are not listed on anything I can find.

Specifically PWA-88
A lot of the tools are stamped with PWA-88

The 6 cylinders and the tool to their left are all part of PWA-88

As are the two middle tools with the tags on them

More in the box:

any info on these would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Now THAT's a nice bit of kit... :)

Edit: I know I had a suitable photo somewhere...

recently acquired this crankshaft fixture. Takes two to use properly.

If anyone has one they want to sell, I'd be interested.

If you have a part #, give Harry Hectors a call in Burbank. They have pallet loads of tools etc..
