Shorts Tucano import/purchase?

Hi,
Anyone know a good source to import/purchase a Shorts Tucano trainer. I've seen one for sale here in US a couple years ago for about 80K without engine. Now I see one on controller restored for 1M.

Thanks. I can try again, but they are only interested in selling you their product, not finding a surplus A/C
