In the BT we have an AN5525-1 resistance bulb from Banaire. It also says Edison Splitdorf B2201. The carb temp gage is a F-9, 12 volt. When I ohm out the contacts in the probe, I get between 140 and 150 ohms. Is there a posible mismatch in resistance between the gage and the probe that makes the needle peg??

Mark,
Check the wiring.
I know that if I disconnect a probe the needle will peg as well.
