I'm currently waiting to hear from "Dan The Man" at Anderson, how they are doing with getting the engine on the test stand and a run on her. Ray said friday, that a couple of them would be working this weekend to make that happen.

Well, I heard from Dan and he is happy!! They ran "Mitzi" today on the test stand at Anderson's shop. 2900 rpm at 50 inches. All is good and compression tests were all good. Going in the shipping can in the morning and headed back to Midland. We'll be waiting and ready to hang her back up this weekend.

You are such a lucky man Brad! My wife would prefer a trip to the dentist over a trip to an airshow... Actually working on a plane, NO WAY!

Can't wait to see you guys. It's going to be a fun weekend!!
The engine left Idaho around noon today so if he drives like I know he will, it should be here Thursday afternoon. I'll get it out of the can and on the Whiting stand and start putin all the stuff back on it. See you Friday.

Mitzi arrived at 4:30 back in Midland this afternoon and we'll get her out of her can in the morning. A busy weekend should have her ready to run by Tuesday morning if all goes well!
