Thanks for posting here, Jack. If I ever get this thing flying again, you'll have to come check it out and see if there are any differences from when you flew it. ;-)

Gary,

don't worry about posting pictures. Get some sleep!!! You're doing an incredible job. And if it helps at all... I think that during WWII the people painting the thousands of bombers they cranked out didn't put half as much care into their work that you do.

Keep up the great work. Wow.

G'night,

David

Hey Scott!. Gary is probably in a short sleep induced coma.... (until about 0300hrs). We just got back into town a few hours ago.... could not resist taking a peek at the board...... Gary must have been in a painting mood, as he went ahead and shot the star we laid out this morning....... AWESOME! Tell Ellen hello, gonna miss you guys, and Gary too! Alan
Pics in a day or two.....

Brilliant stuff... I can't wait to see 927 in the flesh. I really hope she'll be coming somewhere near Norfolk this year!

Gary, you are THE MAN. Don't let anyone tell you different.

Thank you, Sir...but there are quite a few others that have helped immensely with this project that have made me look good. I just bark out orders and point everyone in different directions. ;-)

Gary,
You do pretty good at barking from the progress I've seen. Looking forward to May 12.

I enjoy lurking around this thread but don't post too often, but felt inclined to do so today. Gary, the work you've done is amazing - really incredible. :prayer:

Thank you for taking the time and effort to keep us all up to date.

Sabremech,

I'd like to comment on the barking thing but since I'm still working on 927 I thought I might wait! When we get home I MIGHT be more forthcoming.
All kidding aside, the number of things that need to be decided/looked at/helped with when there are several volunteers here at once is incredible. Gary is one busy individual 99% of the time, and the other 1% he actually gets to work on the airplane.

Thanks, had to poke a bit of fun at Mr. Don Martin. ;)
Suppose I should maybe change it back. :D
