Does anyone have a source of where I may obtain the maintenance manual for the P-51B/C Mustang? I have one for the A and D/K but cannot locate the B/C. A scanned copy is perfectly ok with me, preferably in PDF format, but beggars can't be choosers right?

Matt,

If you are associated with Red Tail, the CAF's C model, talk to your Crew CHief, I got my copy from him.

Not associated with them, wish I was though. Username came from a need a long time ago for a login for an online flight sim that I would actually remember. Had a model of a redtailed p-51c sitting next to my computer and voila...instant username.

Hi Guys,

I am looking for pictures or drawings showing the expended case ejection chute that was used on the P-51A and B/C Mustang. It was one large chute that handled the expended cases and links from both guns. The slanted installation of the guns made the design of the chute quite unique. If there are any good pictures in any of the manuals that you have, is there any chance that you could scan and post the drawings/diagrams/pictures?

Thanks.

Ron

Matt, if you are still in the need for a manual, contact Patrick at hibb12655@peoplepc.com and tell him what you need as he either has the original or a CD of anything. I have purchased a lot from him and he will treat you fairly and offer great service. He lives over in East Texas and sells on eBay.

Tell him I sent you,

Lynn
