What is this Boeing part?

I am about use this little emergency door in an art project, but before I do, I want to know what it is off of to make sure that I am not messing up something a restoration needs somewhere. It still has the remains of an old Boeing tag on it. The part number is

Is that the same size as an astrodome? looks smaller...
