There used to be an outfit in Sanford, Florida that dealt with H-19s. Oralndo Helicopters? I don't know if they are around anymore. Maybe someone in that area may know. They may have some contacts in your part of the country.

Fred Clark's Orlando Helicopter Airways is now run by his son as Vertical Aviation Technologies. All the S-55 airframes and spares were sold to Whisper Jet well over a decade ago and all are in storage in Arizona for possible conversion to QS-55 configuration.

I know two areas in southern Az, Chandler Memorial which was closed several years ago and access generally denied by the Indians who own the land and Casa Grande. I could check the Casa Grande site and if there might be others please let me know.

C'mon Chris,
You needd to talk the folks into making it a flyer. What an addition it would be to the Vietnam story.

Hope all is well, Rick
