Help Identifying Miscellaneous Engine Accessory Case?

Hello All,

I am trying to figure out what engine this accessory case is off of. There is no manufacture markings on it. We all been wondering around the shop what it goes to. Any information would be great.

74201 cast into it suggests Lycoming. Possibly VO-435 or VO-540 helicopter top gear case, but I don't have the books in front of me.
