I just bought 16 brand new and sealed AC Delco LS-85 spark plugs today. I also got one LS-465A and four AC-271. All the LS-85 plugs are marked "US" and the LS-465A is marked "US Govt". A friend of mine looked up the LS-85's in a WWII manual that shows all the applications of different parts on military planes of the day and he said, among many others, that they fit all B-17's except the G model, P-38's and P-51's with allisons, the C-46, C-47, etc.
How much are these plugs worth? Can they still be used? Are they rare/uncommon?
